Consultation call

In this consultation call, you will be able to talk to Dylan Stone himself, tell him about your problems & your future goals, and build a personalized plan that will help you improve & achieve your desired goals.

 

-If you don’t have goals-, we’ll help you put specific, measurable, achievable, and Time-Bound goals.

Personalized plan & profile.

We know that everyone has their own specific problems, challenges & goals that they want to achieve. That’s why we don’t have one plan that fits all.

 

You’ll not only have your own plan, but you will even have your own profile specifically for you on the app, where we keep track of injuries, strengths, weaknesses, goals, achievements, testing, and progression.

Flexible plan & scheduling:

We understand that everyone has their own schedules, whether it’s your family, friends, job, or even injury. We'll help you put together a cohesive plan that fits your specific scheduling.

And of course if anything needs to change in your plan, we can always make adjustments.

Personalized training.

Depending on your problems & goals that you’ll identify during the consultation call with Dylan. You’ll have a personalized training plan with specific exercises that focuses specifically on whatever you want to improve.​

  • Finger strength.

  • Pulling strength.

  • Core strength.

  • Endurance training.

  • Injury prevention exercises.

  • Overall strength and conditioning.

Regular feedback & progress tracking:

To get further on anything, you have to keep tracking your progress on it. We believe that we're the best with this specific part. As we have:

  • Strength testing:

We make a quick strength test for you when you start, and we use the information there to track and improve throughout the plan.

We also repeat this test multiple times during your training plan.

  • Progressive overload training:

We gradually increase the intensity or difficulty of workouts over time. The goal of progressive overload is to maximize results by regularly challenging the body.

We apply progressive overload in the right way that fits your body. That could be increasing the load, power, volume, or the range of motion “ROM”.

  • Climbing tests:

We know that at the end of the day, you’re training to climb. That’s why, we’ll make you climb 3-4 challenging climbs before our training. And then we’ll make you climb the same ones (or similar grades) after our training.

That will show you how much you’ve actually improved throughout our training program.

  • Weekly check-ins.

Pause options.

We know better than anyone that life can get in the way whether that be scheduling, family or injury. We can always pause whenever it’s necessary for you, so you don’t lose your long-term payment.

Optional - Referral payments

If you want your friends to train with us too, you can refer us to them & you will be able to get a commission if they signed up to any of our programs. You can also use that commission to pay for your own training too.
