Consultation call

In this consultation call, you will be able to talk to Dylan Stone himself, tell him about your problems & your future goals, and build the personalized plan that will help you improve & achieve your desired goals.

 

-If you don’t have goals-, we’ll help you put specific, measurable, achievable, and Time-Bound goals.

Personalized plan & profile:

We know that everyone has their own specific problems, challenges & goals that they want to achieve. That’s why we don’t have one plan that fits all.

 

You're not only going to have your own plan, but you will even have your own profile specifically for you on the app, where we keep track of injuries, strengths, weaknesses, goals, achievements, testing, and progression.

Flexible plan & scheduling:

We understand that everyone has their own schedules, whether it’s your family, friends, job, or even injury. We'll help you put together a cohesive plan that fits your specific scheduling.

And of course if anything needs to change in your plan, we can always make adjustments.

3 areas of focus:

During our sessions, we try our best to focus on all 3 areas that affect your climbing. Techniques (Your body movement on the wall), mentality (Managing your head game to control the outcomes of your climbing), and also physique (your strength, flexibility, and more).

  • Technique focus.

When it comes to techniques, we focus on all different aspects of improvement to make you move better on the wall : footwork, body position, technique breakdowns, smooth and smart movement...etc.

  • Mental focus.

Climbing is a mental game before anything else. That’s why overcoming your fear, improving confidence, and mastering your head game will always be the first step to control the outcomes of your climbing.

  • Physical focus:

From improving your strength, flexibility, endurance and power. All to make you physically fit and prepare your body for climbing conditions.

Progress tracking.

Here, we track all the improvement in the 3 areas that we focus on during your training. Your technical progression, mental progression, and also physical progression.

  • 12-week movement assessment - revolving (Technical progression)

We will have you climb 3-4 challenging climbs before our coaching start, and we’ll make you repeat them after that too. That will show you if you’ve actually improved or not throughout the coaching.

  • Strength testing and improvement (Physical progression).

We don’t only focus on training your climbing techniques, but we will also help you improve different key strengths for climbing, like fingers, pulling, endurance, core strength, & body tension .. etc.

That’s why we make a quick strength test for you when you start, and we use the information there to track and improve throughout the plan.

Improving your key strength factors will help you turn your hard climbs to easy ones.

  • Tracking grades.

We know that grades might be the main thing for a lot of climbers out there, especially for the competitors out there. That’s why we also take that in consideration.

  • Tracking big & small wins.

From small wins to big ones, we track every small achievement you get.

Regular feed back:

To get further on anything, you have to keep tracking your progress on it. We believe that we're the best with this specific part. As we have:

  • Video movement analysis

To help you improve your climbing techniques, you will be able to send us as many videos as you want for your climbs. And after we analyze them, we will give you in-depth movement feedback.

  • Weekly check-ins.
  • Monthly video calls.

Pausing option.

We know better than anyone that life can get in the way whether that be scheduling, family or injury. We can always pause whenever it’s necessary for you, so you don’t lose your long-term payment.
